- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 16 ounce container sour cream
- 1/4 cup paprika
- In a large pot, combine the chicken, chicken broth and onion.
- Cook until done.
- Remove the chicken from the broth and shred.
- Return the chicken to the pot and add the paprika.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Before serving, whisk in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles or spetzle.
