- 1 16 ounce bag of frozen peas, thawed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Saute onions until softened.
- Add mushrooms and garlic and saute until garlic is fragrant.
- Add peas and season with salt and pepper and cook until heated through.
