- 16 ounce bag of frozen O’Brian potatoes (thawed)
- 16 ounce container sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cans cream of celery soup (or your favorite cream of soup)
- Mix together sour cream, cheese, vegetables and soup.
- Fold in potatoes.
- Bake at 350 for about 90 minutes.
