O’Brian Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounce bag of frozen O’Brian potatoes (thawed)
  • 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup (or your favorite cream of soup)

Directions:

  1. Mix together sour cream, cheese, vegetables and soup.
  2. Fold in potatoes.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 90 minutes.
