Mac and Cheese Salad

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups chopped celery
1 small pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 hard boiled eggs (2 chopped, 2 sliced)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbl vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbl pepper
1/2 tsp yellow mustard

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions
  • Mix pasta, vegetables and cheese
  • Mix wet ingredients and spices
  • Mix all together
  • Arrange egg slices over the top
  • Chill
