Loaded Potato Salad

2 pounds all purpose potatoes
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
salt/pepper to taste

1.  Cook the potatoes

2.  Combine the rest of the ingredients to create the dressing

3.  Add potatoes and toss lightly

4.  Chill
