Chicken Paprikash

1 lb chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup onions, sliced
2 tbl paprika
1 cup chicken stock
8 oz sour cream

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Place onions, chicken, broth, and paprika into a baking pan.
  • Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken and place in serving dish.
  • Thicken the juice from chicken with flour and cold water if need be.
  • Add the sour cream.
